This agreement is a legal contract between Datability Co., Ltd. However, despite continuous development, the AI Chatbot may still produce inaccurate or misleading information in certain cases. Users should verify any information received from Rudi AI Chatbot before using it in practice. If incorrect or unsatisfactory data is found, please input new information, create new question-answer (QA) pairs, or adjust the system data for improved accuracy. Rudi AI Chatbot assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information or any consequences resulting from the use of such data. Users are solely responsible for exercising judgment and verifying the information before making any decisions or taking any actions based on such information.
Users (“you”) may pay for Rudi AI Chatbot services via credit card or supported online payment channels. The system utilizes Stripe as its payment gateway to ensure secure and convenient transactions. Once payment is successfully completed, you will be granted access rights based on the selected service package. Details regarding pricing and billing cycles are as specified on the Rudi AI Chatbot website or in specific agreements (if applicable). Rudi AI Chatbot does not offer refunds or transfers of payment to users unless explicitly stated as a special case in the refund policy or in a specific agreement, which will be subject to the specified terms and conditions.
You agree and consent to allow Rudi AI Chatbot to contact you via phone number, email, or other communication channels you have provided for the purpose of payment notifications, service updates, customer support, or promotional offers regarding other Rudi services.
